Who can go wrong with Jungle Book?

My two-year-old grandson loves it. Unlike "The Lion King," his other favorite video, this one doesn't hold as worrisome a degree of violence. The music is fun, and though the portrayal of women isn't ideal, it's not totally objectionable. Enjoy!

"Jungle Book"

This film is a world-class classic for just about everyone. It has been a childhood favourite of mine and will always have pride of place with all my other DVDs. It is the ultimate family film and always has been and always will be. It's not the kind of film that can be criticised, because it's just so wonderful in it's own innocence. If you want something to share with kids, then this is it, and if you just want to watch something which will help to recapture childhood whimsy, then it'll do that too. It is the pure magic that cinematographists strive to produce every day, and don't realie is already out there.
