The title says it all

This book is clear, insightful and inspiring. I have never had a dog before and have found this book the best overall manual on not only how to train my dog properly and respectfully, but also how to empathize with her most appropriately. It was a godsend in the first few days and its message will live on in our family as long as we live with or interact with dogs.

Thank you, Monks of New Skete!
