Warren is an angel!!

This is a remake, yes, but also its own movie. Warren Beatty made it his own movie by co-directing it with Buck Henry; his touches are all over it. Julie Christie is glowing, as only she can & Dyan Canon & Charles Grodin are hysterically wonderful as the wife & assistant trying & succeeding, unknown to them, to do in hubby. James Mason, what a gentlemanly angel; Buck Henry is the bumbling one who made the mistake...Jack Warden the surprised coach.....just a gem of a movie which gives youi hope, no matter what belief system you may have. Just lovely, funny, sweet & good.
